Having the necessary skills and attributes are important and these include:
- Strong AutoCAD
- Revit skills an advantage
- Experience in either detailing Precast Concrete Panels, structural drafting or steel detailing.
- Excellent understanding of commercial building materials & construction techniques
- Concrete and reinforcing knowledge/experience
- Analytical
- Perfectionist with excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to learn software quickly
